Service Description
HOW IT WORKS: choose a date and time below. This books one lesson only. It does not repeat, and it does not enroll you for the semester. Book again any time you would like another lesson. LESSON LENGTH: choose 30, 45, or 60 minutes when you book. $47 for 30 minutes, $78 for 45 minutes, $93 for 60 minutes. GOOD FOR: a first lesson before committing to a semester, an extra lesson before an audition or recital, or a visiting student. PAYMENT: invoiced separately. Nothing is charged on this website. No sales tax on instruction. Home lessons add $25 per visit. WHEN: Monday through Friday, 3:00-6:00 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:45 p.m.
Cancellation Policy
▶ REPEATS WEEKLY Your day and time is your slot every week, all semester; book once and it is held for you. Nothing is charged today — we confirm your time, then invoice monthly. ▶ TUITION — PER LESSON, INVOICED MONTHLY 30 min $47 · 45 min $78 · 60 min $93. Semester tuition is the total of all lessons actually scheduled, divided into equal monthly installments. ▶ IF YOU START MID-MONTH Your first invoice covers only the lessons left in the month you enroll, at your per-lesson rate. The lessons remaining after that month are divided into equal monthly installments, so every later invoice is the same amount. ▶ DAYS OFF ARE NOT CHARGED Lessons falling on studio holidays, school closures, and calendar breaks are taken out of the semester total before it is divided. You are never billed for a lesson the Studio does not hold. ▶ MAKE-UPS FOR DAYS OFF — OPTIONAL AND BILLED Because the closed lesson was never charged, a make-up is an added lesson, billed at your regular rate on your next invoice. We email a link of times your teacher is free; pick one and we confirm. Skipping it costs nothing. Book within 30 days of the closure. Same teacher, same length. 24 hours' notice. A booked make-up missed without notice is still billed. ▶ HOME LESSONS Add $25 per visit, invoiced separately. ▶ HOW TO PAY Invoice emailed ~2 days BEFORE the 1st; due on the 1st, in advance. Card, check, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Pay only through a link on a Studio invoice. No sales tax on instruction. ▶ SEMESTER DATES Fall Aug 19 – Dec 18 · Spring Jan 5 – May 28. Billed monthly, never one lump sum. ▶ TIMES & LOCATION Mon–Fri 3:00–6:00 p.m.; Tue and Thu from 2:45 p.m. The Benjamin Elementary School, 11000 Ellison Wilson Rd, North Palm Beach. Home lessons by arrangement. ▶ ONE SICK DAY PER MONTH — MADE UP FREE One excused absence a month, told to us before the lesson time, made up at no charge at a mutually agreed time. Not a credit or refund; tuition does not change. Unused days do not carry over. ▶ NO OTHER MAKE-UPS Beyond the above, missed lessons are forfeited for any reason — no credit, refund, discount, or reschedule. Late arrival does not extend the lesson. Tuition reserves your weekly time, not only the lessons attended. ▶ TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE Non-transferable. Withdrawal needs 30 days' written notice; tuition due through it. ▶ MATERIALS Parents provide instrument, accessories, sheet music, method books. Questions? nathan@casastringendo.com
